Sales Representative

What your job involves:

Your position focuses on communicating with Fortune 500s and small businesses that need a hosted or managed SharePoint solution for their IT infrastructure. Our Marketing team will give you plenty of opportunities to get in front of the conversation with qualified leads, and you can always tweet, blog, or talk as needed to gain interest in our unique offerings.

The SharePoint Community is thick and it’s easy to build relationships with existing partners, generate new leads, develop and implement the entire sales process for SharePoint solutions and architectures. Feel free to use social media, forums, phone calls, blogs, professional associations, networking and any means you like to reach out to potential clients and build new business.

What you have to offer:

  • 2 years’ demonstrated success with business to business sales or pre-sales support
  • Working knowledge of SharePoint, Windows Server, Active Directory, Hyper-v, Web server farm architecture, Office 365, Windows Azure strong plus but not required
  • 4 years’ experience as an IT consultant in diverse business environments or strongly related IT job with customer service responsibility
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Voracious appetite for technical knowledge
  • Process driven and extremely well organized
  • Microsoft ISV background and familiarity with Microsoft Licensing is a plus
  • Exceptional customer service skills at the C-suite level
  • Strong relationship building skills and outgoing personality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with:
    • Office
    • Windows
    • SharePoint
    • HubSpot
    • SalesForce / other CRM
  • Flexibility for negligible travel (conferences)
