Payment Options

• Credit Card – Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover
• To Be Invoiced – Net 30 payable by check, money order within the United States. Outside of the U.S. – Invoices are emailed and payable by Wire Transfer.

How Billing Works

Any charges will appear on your statement as “Amp Technology, LLC”. All new customers choose a billing term (Monthly, Quarterly, Annually) and pay the first term upon sign up. The 30 day guarantee on eligible services begins the day the plan is ordered.

Auto–renewable accounts will be charged on the chosen billing term.

Cancellation

We are sad to see you go! To cancel a service, please let us know three things:

1. Domain name to cancel
2. Reason of cancellation
3. Effective Date of Cancellation

Your service will remain through your effective date of cancellation.

You will need the following information to send a domestic wire transfer or electronic transfer:

You will need the following information to send an international wire transfer with a

SWIFT code:
Currency: must be USD

IBAN numbers are not used within the United States, only SWIFT codes

Shared hosting services with fpweb.net are not under contract.

Do I need to call to let fpweb.net know that I want to renew my services?
All accounts will automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the upcoming billing cycle.

Domain Names

How do I transfer my domain name to Fpweb.net?

Is there a charge to transfer the registration of my domain to fpweb.net from my current registrar?
Fpweb.net does not charge a domain transfer fee. However, once the domain transfer has been completed, 1 year of renewal is automatically added to your domain, and only 1 year of Domain registration renewal fees will be added to your bill.

Do I need to do anything to renew my domain name?
Your domain name will automatically be renewed unless cancelled prior to its renewal date.
