Outlook Web Access User Guide
Outlook Web Access will allow you to
perform most of the functions that can be performed from
a stand-alone installation of Microsoft Outlook 2003,
but from anywhere with an internet connection, and with
no software to install.
You will be presented with a login screen. Enter your full email address
in the "Domain\user name" field (i.e. username@domain.com) and enter your email password
in the "Password" field. Click the "Log On" button to continue.
Send a new message
Click the "New" button on the blue bar
that runs along the top of the page. A new email
composition window will open.
Enter the "To" address, the "Subject",
and the message body content.
Click the "Send" button in the blue
bar along the top of the window to send the message.
Create a new calendar item
Click the "Calendar" icon in the
left-side window pane. Then click the "New" button
on the blue bar that runs along the top of the page.
A new appointment window will open.
Enter your desired details such as
subject, location, times, and reminder.
Click the "Save and Close" button on
the blue bar along the top of the window to finish.
Create a new task
Click the "Tasks" icon in the
left-side window pane. Then click the "New" button
on the blue bar that runs along the top of the page.
A new task window will open.

subject, due date, and reminder.

Create a new contact
Click the "Contacts" icon in the
left-side window pane. Then click the "New" button

name, phone number, and email address.
Click the "Save and Close" button on
the blue bar along the top of the window to finish.
