Fpweb.net Customer Account Portal

What is it?
The Fpweb.net Account Portal provides access to account management and technical support systems. Access is limited to Fpweb.net customers and authorized contacts listed on their accounts.

Set up your account portal


Plesk Web Hosting Control Panel Login & Password Reset

Follow the steps below to login to your Plesk Web Hosting Control Panel.

  • Login to the control panel with the account credentials provided to you.
    The URL for the control panel is http://control.fpweb.net, or http://control2.fpweb.net, or http://control3.fpweb.net (check your setup documentation for the correct URL)
  • Click the Edit button.
  • Enter your new desired password in the Password field.
  • Confirm your password by entering it again in the Confirm Password field.
  • Click the OK button at the bottom of the page to save the changes.

Changing your FTP credentials in Plesk

Note: This changes your FTP publishing password only. It does not change the password needed to login to the Plesk control panel itself.

  • Login to the control panel with the account credentials provided to you. (see previous section on control panel login)
  • Click the link at the bottom of the page that represents your domain.
  • Click the Setup button.
  • Enter your new desired password in the New FTP Password field.
  • Confirm your password by entering it again in the Confirm Password field.
  • Click the OK button at the bottom of the page to save the changes.

Changing your WebMail account credentials

  • Login to your Fpweb.net WebMail Control Panel. Use the admin account credentials provided to you.
  • Click Settings.
  • Click Email Accounts.
  • Choose the account whose Login/Password you Wish to change.
  • Enter the new password into the New Password field.
  • Confirm your password by entering it again in the Confirm Password field.
  • Click Save at the top of the screen to confirm your changes.
