2. Invoices
All invoice terms are net 30 days.
United States: Payable by check, money order or wire transfer.
International: Payable by wire transfer only.

Cancellations

We are sad to see you go! To cancel a service, please log in to your account and click the button that says "contact customer care".
Please include the following in your request:

1. Domain name associated with the service you want to cancel
2. Reason for cancellation
3. Effective date of cancellation
   1. Your service will remain through your effective date of cancellation.
