    I love these, especially the Mary Kay site. I think from a design perspective, getting the appropriate amount of white space or negative space is critical as this is what focuses the eyes of your web visitor.

    SharePoint is so powerful when it comes to websites and Intranets, but it’s raw power, it really needs to be harnessed!
