NEW Live Concierge Service

We’ve all been there. You call a company because you have a question, concern, or just need some quick information. Then it happens–the one thing you were praying you wouldn’t hear when you called: an automated voice system. All you want to do is speak to a real person, but instead you’re forced to navigate through a series buttons that may or may not take you where you need to go.Live Concierge Service recognizes that when a customer calls, they want to be directed as quickly and efficiently as possible to the correct location. Oh, and most importantly, they want to hear an actual person on the other end of the line! This is where I come in…I am part of’s new live concierge service.  I believe this is an extremely important addition to the company and I couldn’t be happier to be a part of it.  I’m excited to go to work every day and more importantly, interact with our customers! Now when calling, customers will immediately speak to a live person and have their calls directed immediately. Trust me, I know how frustrating it is to call a company, only get an automated system that takes forever to get through. When you finally speak to an actual person, you’ve lost your patience. It’s because of those experiences that I’m happy to provide this extra level of customer service excellence here at

I believe this new addition really sets us apart, and the customers I’ve spoken to seem to agree. I love hearing the surprise in people’s voices when I answer the phone.  There is instant relief that they don’t have to sort through a maze of pushing buttons. So remember, when you call…relax, I’m here to take you where you need to go.

It’s a shame you don’t answer emails as effectively 😉 I still haven’t had a reply some 4 weeks after I submitted a query on FBWebs email contact form.

We’re very sorry to hear that! There are a few different email contact forms on the site… can you tell us where/to whom you sent your message (e.g. sales, customer care, support)? We’ll be happy to look into the situation for you.

    All the best,

    The Crew
